RETURNS POLICY

At Greenhouse Cover, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy subject to the conditions outlined below.

We value our customers and understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Whether it’s an issue with the product, an incorrect order, or simply a change of mind, we have set up a structured return process to make your experience as seamless as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-cut greenhouse covers and materials.
  • Perishable or sanitary items.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Digital downloads and electronic materials.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We take product quality seriously and thoroughly inspect returned items. Items that fail to meet the return requirements will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@greenhousecover.com with your order details. Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. The return approval process may take up to 5 business days. Ensure that you provide clear images of the product, packaging, and purchase receipt when requesting a return.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@greenhousecover.com.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@greenhousecover.com to request an exchange authorization.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item was received in a defective or damaged condition. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive detailed shipping instructions.

SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, mail it to the address provided in your return approval email.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your return package is lost in transit and was not sent with a trackable service, we will not be responsible for the lost shipment. Please ensure you retain proof of shipping for all returns.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take time to be posted.
  4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, email us at info@greenhousecover.com.

Refunds for international customers may take additional processing time due to currency conversion and banking regulations.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Additionally, promotional items that were included as part of a sale, discount, or gift cannot be returned individually. If an order containing a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible, depending on the processing status of your order. Contact info@greenhousecover.com for cancellation requests.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the return process once the order has been delivered.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send clear photos of the item, packaging, and order details to info@greenhousecover.com. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Failure to report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept international returns; however, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes associated with international returns. Greenhouse Cover is not responsible for any customs fees incurred during the return process.

If your return is refused by customs or is lost in transit, Greenhouse Cover will not be liable for the loss. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns.
